Intermediate Do-In: Strengthening the Trunk & Teacher Training

In the intermediate Do-In training, we shift our focus from your personal experience to professional application and energetic depth. Together, we look at the body as a holistic map, and I give you the practical tools you need to guide others safely and inspiringly through the profound wisdom of Do-In.

This level is designed to gently bridge the gap between being a dedicated practitioner and becoming a skilled, confident instructor.

Curriculum: The Art of Energy & Teaching

  • Advanced Meridian Theory: We go far beyond the primary channels. I will teach you how to work with Internal Paths and Divergent Channels—essential tools for reaching deep-seated energetic imbalances and harmonizing long-term patterns of health.
  • The Art of Teaching: Discover how to structure professional Do-In classes that truly resonate. We cover everything from theme-setting and energy buildup to clear, safe, and inspiring instruction.
  • Energetic Anatomy: Deepen your understanding of how Ki moves through the body, how to recognize stagnation in others, and how to use specific Do-In sequences as a living, breathing medicine.
  • Personal Mentorship: As you take your first steps in designing and teaching your own lessons, I will personally guide you with expert feedback. My goal is to help you cultivate a teaching style that is completely authentic, grounded, and effective.

  • Comprehensive Workbooks: For each of the 9 modules, you receive a detailed manual covering advanced meridian flows and teaching methodologies.
  • Teaching Practicum: You will create and test your own Do-In sequences, receiving personalized feedback from me to refine your unique skills.
  • Path to Graduation: Successfully completing this level prepares you for the Advanced Practitioner & Teacher Training, where you will further polish your diagnostic and therapeutic skills.

What You Receive: Study Materials & Support

The learning materials for the Intermediate Course consist of an extensive workbook (over 200 pages), packed with knowledge, alongside over 70 video lessons featuring Do-In classes and acupressure instructions, plus audio files with guided meditative exercises.

Throughout the course, you will practice teaching Do-In and designing your own series. I will personally guide you with feedback on your experiences, coach you in your teaching skills, and support you in your personal growth. You can also schedule a one-on-one mentoring session with me during or after the training, giving us dedicated time to dive deeper into your personal questions and development.

Intermediate Course: Direct Entry & Transition

Are you already an experienced practitioner or do you have a background in a related field? Students with relevant prior education—such as certified Shiatsu practitioners or acupuncturists—are very welcome to enter directly into our Intermediate Training.

The Fundamentals Bridge

To ensure a seamless transition and to make sure you don't miss any of our core material, I ask direct-entry students to also complete the Fundamentals Course.

Why we recommend this:

  • Do-In Practice: Even for those with a strong theoretical background, the Fundamentals year offers a wealth of essential Do-In exercises that form the basis of our practice.
  • Unique Depth: Many students find that our specific approach to acupoints provides a level of depth and enrichment that differs from other programs.
  • Flexibility: Since you likely already know much of the theory, you can progress through the Fundamentals materials at an accelerated pace.

Reduced Tuition for Transitioning Students

Graduation: Completing the Intermediate Level

Your path to becoming a certified teacher is naturally integrated into the program. Rather than a single stressful exam, you will build a professional portfolio throughout the course, supported by my continuous feedback on the lessons you teach.

To successfully complete the Intermediate & Teacher Training, you will submit:

  • A Practical Teaching Demonstration: A recorded Do-In lesson showcasing your skills.
  • A Professional Portfolio: A comprehensive, living record of your growth and expertise.

What your portfolio includes:

  • Reflective Journal: A personal report on your development during the Intermediate course.
  • Lesson Archive: Detailed designs and evaluations of 20 Do-In sessions you have conducted.
  • Professional Identity: A description of your unique style as a teacher, coach, or therapist.

Upon successful completion, you will receive your Do-In Teacher Certification, fully empowering you to share this ancient art professionally.
